Parkside Cove is a specifically zoned 55+ development about 30 minutes south of Provo, UT. Sky Development acquired the land in 2015 and was able to rezone to higher density for age 55+ multifamily housing. Engineering and subdivision plats were created by Sky Development and approved by the city. This was a very complicated process given the infill nature of the property, the topography, and opposition from some surrounding residents.
After plat approvals the project was sold to Concord Homes for buildout.
