Video footage of progress, starting June 2023. Phase One completion (81 of 150 lots) was June 2024. We had one of the coldest and wettest winters in 20 years. Between Thanksgiving and February 25th we only had 16 working days on site (holidays and too wet). This extended our timeline about 3 months. Phase 2 estimated to commence in Fall 2024.
