Parkside Cove is a specifically zoned 55+ development about 30 minutes south of Provo, UT. Sky Development acquired the land in 2015 and was able to rezone to higher density for age 55+ multifamily housing. Engineering and subdivision plats were created by Sky Development and approved by the city.
